I paid more for it because I bought it in Taiwan, but it should cost less in the States. Anyway, I suppose Rouge Pulp would be more of a liquid lipstick, however, I bought it in Revealing, a clear liquid gloss. It's fabulous!!! I didn't really notice a taste or an odor, but I've read that others have. It is slightly sticky, and the staying power isn't great (like most glosses), however, the shine is fabulous and looks great alone or layered over another lip color.
