Oooh, it burns!!! It stings!!! I wear heavy eye makeup, and with this, it comes off (except for the lingering eyeliner), but with a bit of effort. My eyes tear, sting, and burn, and the delicate skin feels a bit scoured afterwards. Not a pleasant experience.
