This is definitely not the best eye makeup remover I have used. I liked Maybelline's way better! If you get this stuff in your eyes watch out...lol it hurts. It did a pretty good job of removing mascara but like what I said earlier not better than Maybelline's. On the bottle it says refreshing. I found nothing refreshing about it. The only good thing is that it's oil-free.
