I will say that it does deliver volume but the wand is rather dangerous, the tip has a few protruding bristles that I think would scratch your eye if you aren't careful. Secondly, it does clump. It's touted as having a silicone glide complex but it definitely does not glide on. Another mascara that goes back to the store.
