Normally I wouldn't use a topcoat over a quick-dry nail polish, but in every Loreal Ad (for nail polish), it's always color + the topcoat.

I have to say, this product really extended the life of the Jet Set nail color. i wore *short order* for 5 completely chip-free days, which is way more (3) than normal.A rating of 4 was given because i usually like to get a full week's worth of polish wear. My next venture is to see how the Jet Set topcoat works over a non-quick-dry polish.
