cleanses well, no preservatives, exfoliates
I regret not using this sooner after purchasing this months ago. I bought this so I could get the GWP and had a hope it would be good for my dry skin that still broke out. I was too chicken to use it fearing I would get more breakouts but my skin has been getting worse lately with my routine.
SJG contains cocoa butter, shea butter, palm kernal oil, ground almonds and aduki beans as well as some essential oils for detoxifying in a solid bar form.
I finally broke down and used it last night and love it. I warmed up the bar in my hand so it melted a bit and then rubbed what was on my hands onto my face. It loosened my makeup better than the grapeseed oil I was using. I also tried rubbing the bar directly on my face and it was exfoliating and more of the bar melted on.
You have to use a wet gentle cloth or in my case a Quo latex sponge. to remove it. It removed it well and my face when I toned it had very little makeup left.
My face was not irritated for a change and looked clearer. In a few more days I hope it looks radiant. No breakouts so far.
