Horrible product! No matter how I apply it -- on bare skin, under makeup, over makeup, with or without powder, it immediately clumps and looks terrible under my eyes. I've never had any concealer look this bad, even cheap ones! You'd be better off rubbing a yellow crayon under your eyes.
