This has to be the best and most user friendly pencil eyeliner I have ever used. So quick and easy, and lasts quite a long time compared to other pencil liners. The colour is bold and provides clean, bold lines, the only liner I have ever happily rimmed the inner lower lids with. No trouble at all applying the finest line as close as it gets to the lashline.
