Wow, I was surprised to read that someone didn't like the Powerpoint Pencil because it doesn't come off. Well, I believe high quality make-up needs to be that way and if you have the right kind of make-up remover it should come off easily.
I've been using this for years after trying both low-end and high-end eyeliners and this one seems to work best for me. Give it a try if you're looking for something waterproof and easy to apply. The best way to remove the eyeliner is to use a make-up remover with the "dual layers." Dip a Q-tip into it and wipe away!
