I bought this eyeliner in black, and it was awful! The only reason I gave it a 2 was because it was soft and easy to apply. However, that's where the good news ends. This eyeliner was supposed to be waterproof, but by the middle of the day, I was left with smudges under my eye. By the end of the day I looked like a racoon! To make things worse, this stuff, despite smudging so easily, was impossible to remove! After using eye makeup remover, washing my face with makeup removing facial cleanser, and then using eye makeup remover again, it still wasn't completely off, and I still had some smudges under my eyes! I definitely do NOT recommend this one.
