this color is a deep blue (think peacock feathers) and is in the matte formula. at first, i didn't like the way it covered because for some reason, MAC matte eyeshadows do not stay on me! but then i remembered that i could apply it wet and it was perfect! the staying power multiplied 100x and the color was more intense! this is a really nice color because it looks so dark that it's almost black, but if you look closer it's a deep turquoise - perfect for summer!
