To begin with, I really like shimmery products, so I'm biased on this one. It is a white shimmery (not sparkly) loose powder that is very concentrated and easy to blend. The color goes on silver/white, and can be used anywhere on the face. I use it on the lids, cheekbones, above the brows, and all around the eye area. I also put it on the bridge of my nose, the divot under the nose, and on the tip of my chin. This rather extensive :) application gives that bright, glowy, reflective look, and the White shade matches my skin. I use the CG shadow brush to apply the powder, and it is just a pretty, natural look that brightens the face naturally. Of course, if you have darker or yellower skin, another shade is probably in order. Also, the powder creased a little on my lids by the end of the day, but that's to be expected since it's not a shadow, per se, and I have oily skin.
