I love green eyeshadows, and Golden Olive has become a favorite in my collection. The name is a little deceptive, however. There *is* gold (lots of gold), but no olive. Rather, the green is celadon green that's mixed with gold. Applying GO wet intensifies the gold. It's gorgeous wet or dry on my brown eyes. One of my favorites ways to wear GO is dry in the crease with MAC White Gold Pigment on the lid, MAC Nylon eyeshadow to highlight, and MAC Forest Green Pigment or Greensmoke eyeshadow to line. The texture is finely-milled, not chunky like some of the other Pigments (e.g., White Gold and Steel Blue), and is blendable and long-lasting.
