I was very excited when Hechts opened their M.A.C. counter. I have been eagerly waiting to try their line. The mascara goes on very smoothly and lenghtens and thickens. However, about an hour or two later, it melts under the eyes giving the raccoon look. I'll keep trying but this one goes in the giveaway box.
