Geez, that's a long name. I got a 7ml on-pack sample with my purchase of the gel-cream moisturizer, and I've been using both for quite a while now. This has a thinner, more liquid like consistency than the facial moisturizer, and you only need a tiny amount to pat around each eye. It does feel "refreshing", so no false advertising there. However beyond that, I'm not sure what else does it do. Supposedly it's good for puffiness, but I don't really have puffy eyes in the morning. Fine lines? I don't have that either. Besides with this formulation, I doubt it'd do much for fine lines. I've had absolutely no adverse reaction to the product, and wouldn't mind continuous usage if I don't have to pay for it. You see, a regular size product (in a nice pump bottle) is only 15ml, and it retails for anywhere from $12 to $17 CAD. I think that's too steep a price. If I can ever find it on sale for under $10, I'd consider it. Otherwise I'd look for samples.
