Best bang for your buck! This eye make-up remover is wonderful! It removes waterproof eye make-up quickly and without tugging or pulling at your eye and without leaving a greasy residue. I wear contacts and no longer have a problem taking off my eye make-up before taking out my contacts.
Although it doesn't look oil-free, I have been assured it is. Just be sure to gently shake it before using.
