These oil blotting papers are litle blue plastic sheets, that come in a handy cardboard envelope. They are really effective in bloting off oilness from your face, without removing makeup. I am amazed at the amount of oil that comes off. Ew. I like the fact they don't have any powder on them to interfere with your makeup. A great buy.
