Nothing Plump About This One!
Back Story: I was in a hurry to get to a party so I saw the fancy packaging and had whispers of how Max Factor is the 'new wave' of cosmetics so I coughed up the extra bucks and ran off with this one.
How I bought it: Full price, a first!
The claims:
01. Fat wrap formula
02. Extreme brush wrap to plump lashes
03. Plumps lashes from root to tip
How it measured up:
Claim 01:
I really didn't notice anything about my lashes that was different. Nevertheless, fatter.

The brush is exactly the same as Covergirl Lash Blast's (which isn't a bad mascara) however it didn't plump my lashes.

My lashes were SURELY not plumped at all... neither from root nor tip.
