This mascara, I think, is a variation on the regular 2000 Calorie. I think it's supposed to be more dramatic, or something. I do like this mascara, and it is rich, defining, and very dramatic, but it flakes a little bit. Not that much at all, but if you try to build layers, it gets a little dry and textured. It's not a bad mascara, though, and if you just use one or two quick layers, it may not flake at all. I spend about seven minutes doing my lashes, so I like my mascara to stay moist during application. This mascara produces an intense, dramatic, full effect.
