I really like this mascara. Many mascaras irritate my eyes and this one didn't at all. It gave me nice full lashes with a soft, non-spikey look. It didn't run or smudge at all and washed off easily. I only gave it a 4 because I wish it was a darker, glossier black (that's why I like Great Lash...it's the glossiest black ever).
