i tried this at walmart, and let me say that maybeline has got a bunch of losers with its cool effect line. THe concept is great, but how about formulating some QUALITY products? There were large pieces of GLITTER... NOT SHIMMER in it, it didn't feel cool, just wet, like all cool effects products it had very little pigment and lasted about two seconds. I don't want to reapply my blush every 10 minutes (nor do i have time to) so whats the point of wearing something that won't last?
