Defintiely recommend Maybelline's Express Blush. This blush goes on like cream blush, and soon, transforms to a powder finish. Great even for oily skins, like me!! STays for a really long time. I chose Mauvy, a rosy-mauvish color that looks like you just ran a mile! However, it is still not exactly fast, which is why i took off a point. Cream blushes, in my opinion, take longer than powder blushes. With cream blushes, you have to blend and meld it into your skin. But, still a great buy!
