I was a devotee of the miraculous yet expensive YSL Touche Eclat, but I had heard great things about Instant Age Rewind...and it was all true! It does an amazing job at covering dark circles around the eyes and brightening the skin. A little heavier in coverage, I find it best to apply it before foundation or mix it with liquid highlighter for maximum light reflecting effect.
