This is a pretty good liquid liner. The brush is super tiny (looks like a few hairs at the most)so you can make a very thin line, or layer it up to make a thick line. When I first applied it, it looked so perfect. I bought it in black, and I did this neat little cat eye. However, a couple of hours later, it was a bit smudged and kind of cracked a bit. I guess even though its waterproof does not mean its smudgeproof (I admit I rubbed my eyes *a bit*). I still like it though, and will continue to use it until finished. It does a decent job for the price.
