Sometimes there's just no substitute for a good liquid liner. I have oily eyelids, but this old standby stays put for 12 hours. No fading or bleeding at all. I paint a thin line on my top lid to just beyond the outer corner, and then use the liquid liner along the base of my bottom lashes as well. It's actually easier than using a pencil because the line is finer, so you don't need to blend. I also give this product snaps for having a very thin, precise brush!
