I have several tubes of the Cool Effects, but the other day I decided to pick up Gives Me The Chills. What a gorgeous, shimmery silver! I wore it yesterday, along with Cool Effects Shadow/Liner in Cold Front (blue-gray), and it was gorgeous. The only downside is that it doesn't last really long on my oily lids. That's why I docked a point. You have to apply several coats to get a bright color, but I think that just a wash of this color is very pretty. All in all, I would still recommend this product to anyone! :)
