i probably passed this up multiple times b/c it looked very similar to a lot of other things that i had but to my surprise it isn't. thanks to the raves from the girls here on Icompact i picked this up and it is perfect for some many looks. i can use this by itself to really brighten up my eyes and i can also use it as a base for almost any shadow. also works great as a highlighter. but of course leave it to maybelline to discontinue some of their better products. bummer. but a tube of cool effects usually lasts until its time for me to get sick of the color. great find!!
