cold as ice is a pretty shimmery white but unfortunatly i can't ever see much use it in. on me, the shade is pratically see thru with a bit of shimmer and it is almost impossible to build this color up enough to see anything...even tho i guess if i couldn't i wouldn't exactly want to be wearing WHITE eyeshadow on my lids. the quality is nice...the color is nice depending on what you're going for, this is good for natural days and when you want to add a bit of a glossy shimmery look IMO but overall its just really hard to find a good use for an average yet boring shade. i would rec almost every other CE color before i would rec this one.
