another great CE find at the dollar store, hence i'm reviewing it b/c i've still seen it around. saltwater shimmer is a unique shade of a pretty greenish blue...very ocean water reminscent, with a touch of pretty shimmer. i find it to be quite unique in its shade, especially for a drugstore cream eyeshadow.
