I got 3 of these (lilac freeze, cool blue and the green one) from an auction at $12 in total. I used the lilac freeze most often and it gives with shimmering, not frosted look and I really like it! It lasted the whole day! Cheap and it's worth to try! I used it as a liner under my eyes but did not really like it. SO, I used it as a upper eye liner or smudges it to become eye shadow.
