Maybelline pearl eyeshadows have a nice shimmer to them without overdoing it. My favorite trio is "crown jewels," a collection of a soft lilac, and medium purple, and a plum. They blend nicely together, bring out my eyes, and go great with my skin tone. Applied simply by themselves, Maybelline shadows don't have that great of a staying power, but I've discovered if you just sweep on a coat of foundation first, and then the eyeshadow, the color then lasts me through the day. This eyeshadow isn't the best out there, but for the price, they are definetly worth it.
