I didn't know what to think of this at first. I bought Ivory because it looked light and yellow based. I can't wear Smooth Result foundation, the colors are too pink or too dark. I first put this over some Almay foundation and it looked 'way too powdery in artificial light. Then later in another light I noticed my skin had a really awake looking realistic glow. So I tried the powder alone without foundation all over, just a little to cover spots, then the powder. This powder does give me a really nice glow. It is hard to figure out because it isn't pink at all or bronzy or shimmery. It must be the way it reflects light. My skin actually lookes a lot like Amber Valetta with the well scrubbed glowing look. I can't say this powder really minimizes lines, however, it does minimize age because it gives the illusion of a translucent glowing quality. It doesn't really cover but my skin looks good so the rest is minimized. I recommend concealor and this powder. I've never seen a powder like this. I gave it a 4 because I don't know it there is a foundation it would look good with. This powder seems to be different also, minimize lines not by covering, but by bringing out the better aspects of my skin, accentuating the positive rather than covering the negative.
