This is the worst eye makeup remover I've ever used. It doesn't remove eye makeup any better than plain water would, even with rubbing. It feels really harsh on my skin. It also stings my eyes. I usually use the Cover Girl remover that is mostly mineral oil. This works well, but I admit if I were willing to pay more, there are better removers out there. Even so, the CG remover is so much better than this Maybelline product, there is no comparison. And the Maybelline remover costs more. Don't choose this if you are looking for something new to try.
