I wouldn't exactly say "Full" but I'd definitely say it leaves lashes feeling soft. Brush is rather large and unwieldy but if u can get over the temptation to blink as you are applying it you'll be okay. This stuff dries very quickly so if you DID blink when u applied it and got it all over your eyelid and undereye area remove it quick smart otherwise it will stay there! I guess that's the whole waterproof thing. Although the advertising says it is easy to remove I found this to not be quite true. *Most* of it comes off with a good eyemakeup remover - but the results will tell you the next morning when u realise there is a deep dark smudging underneath your lower lashes- not a good look. In this instance there's not much else to do but take to your undereyes and gently with a tissue and makeup remover set to work removing the residue. I found this product to be non-irritating a definite plus for anyone with sensitive eyes!
