I am a devoted non-waterproof Full N'Soft fan, but I decided to try this because the regular version smudges a little and becasue it's summer I want something waterproof. So I went to Target yesterday and bought this in Brownish Black, and it has all of the same volumizing and lengthening benefits as the original. However, the reason I gave it a 4 is because it's a little hard to take off, lol yes I know it's supposed to be because its waterproof, but the problem is I bought the wrong king of eyemakeup remover!See my review on it (Maybelline 100% Oil Free Eyemakeup Remover)
