I've been searching for a low-cost alternative to my beloved More than Mascara from Estee Lauder. One Icompacter recommended Illegal Lengths, so I tried it. It does apply very smoothly like the More than Mascara, and does provide a similarly natural look that I like. The only problem with the Illegal Lengths is that it tends to smudge after a couple of hours of wear. This isn't a huge problem, but it is something I didn't notice with the More than Mascara. Illegal Lengths is pretty good, but not the best, hence my rating of 3.
