Well it is about time that I found a drugstore, non-waterproof mascara that goes the distance.
I just found Lash Expansion at Target and on the tube it reads...wraps, thickens, lengthens...it does all that plus, no clumping, flaking, good color with the first coat and stays on all day. It does not feel stiff but holds your curl. I am pleasantly surprised and VERY happy I finally found at least one non-waterproof mascara that works for me, that doesn't cost $20.
