Paula Begoun raved about this mascara. I'm hard pressed to figure out why.
I expected to get decent thick lashes without any sort of goopy look.
What I ended up with was the look of a circus freak. I have long, thin eyelashes,
which can, depending on the mascara, look a little like spider's legs. My
ultimate favorite mascara, Max Factor 2000 calorie is getting a bit hard to
track down here in Canada. So far I can't find a suitable replacement. Volum'
Express spiked my lashes into three clumps. I kept thinking it would look better as it
dried, but no, they were still spiky and strangely defined. To add insult to injury,
the formula smudged after about 5 minutes and was difficult to remove. I
actually returned this product, I was so unhappy with it. Long live 2000
Calorie!
