I almost kicked myself when I found out I bought this in Brownish Black since I love dramatic lashes and all I will ever care to get is the darkest color a mascara could give. Anyway, it turned out to look blacker than it should and so I didn't kick myself so hard. :P Hehe. What this mascara does is that it strangely defines your lashes.. it looks like it's almost spiky. It does a good job of lengthening & maybe thickening (or that's just coz your lashes are spiked together.. I have lots of lashes & it seems like it turns out to be only 20 of them as they are stuck together once I used it.) It's not that dramatic and it's natural-looking (despite "strangely defined.") Holds curl fairly well. Not as well as Full N' Soft, though.
The next time I'll try Very Black, it could turn out better than this. In the meantime, I'm still searching for the best mascara to dramatize my lashes.
Oh, I bought this in Waterproof... I ran into the shower after testing it for the first time & it didn't even budge after 10 minutes!! :P Or when I used soap. If you wanna take it off it takes oil-based makeup remover.
