Yet another rave for a Milani eyeshadow! I love this in so many ways. lol I use this every single day, and no..not on the lid or crease but as eyeliner. This shade is a dark black with silver sparkles and it stays put longer than any pencil eyeliner I've ever used. The pigment is so rich and smooth, although a bit crumbly, so you have to be super careful handling the little pan. Nevertheless, this is another staple of mine, and I will forever repurchase it! BTW, I have gotten asked many times what eyeliner I use and the technique, so it probably looks pretty good :)
