This is a broad spectrum, UVA/UVB sunblock that is lightly tinted due to the titanium dioxide contents. The tint quickly fades and disappears into your skin once dry. It's made specifically for oilier skintypes and goes on very smoothly. Once dry, the ss leaves no shine or greasy feeling. The ss boasts powerful antioxidant protection w/ pomegranite extract (a new one for me!) and grapeseed extracts as well as vitamins. Not only does it protect, but it also serves as a great m/u base for your foundation. I wear this over my usual daytime moisturizer and before foundation. It also has a fresh, non-sunscreen, citrus-y smell. Very nice! I gave it a "4" because, although I like the oil-free concept, the titanium dioxide seems to absorb much of the oil on my face (hence for oily skin!), which I can't spare right now in the extreme cold temps of the Midwest! I'm saving this tube for this summer and am going to try the Daily Defense Hydrating Sunscreen w/ SPF 15, which uses Parsol 1789 in its formulation instead of td.
