Outlaw is pinky berry with gold shimmer that imparts a "just in from the cold" flush on my medium olive skin. The shimmer isn't over the top, however. It doesn't look obvious on the skin. It just gives it a pretty glow. Shimmer aside, the color perks up my complexion beautifully. Outlaw is richly pigmented so I use it sparingly. The texture is typical NARS: smooth and silky and blends easily. This is one of the most flattering blushes in my collection, surpassing the classic NARS Sin.
