Lokoum is a soft raspberry shade with a subtle peach undertone and fine gold shimmer. It leaves a soft flush to my cheeks - very natural-looking. The shimmer isn't obvious in the compact, but you can tell it's there once you swipe your fingers across the blush. Likewise, the shimmer is subtle on the skin, just enough to make you glow. Lokoum is pigmented so you only need to use a little at a time, but it isn't so pigmented that you have to worry about applying too much. The blush is a creme-to-powder formula with a light, soft texture that blends easily into the skin (as opposed to sitting on top of it and looking obvious like some other creme blushes I've tried) and does leave a powdery finish. It blends a little more easily than the Multiples to me. It's long-lasting on my oily skin, though not as long-lasting as NARS's powder blushes.
