Butterfield 8 is the perfect neutral nudey-brown color, very natural and pretty. Texture is smooth, and it melts into your lips on application leaving them looking creamy and kissable. I like the amount of shine it gives, because it is just enough to look moist and pouty without giving the slick "porn star" look that Lipglass does. Well, this is not to say that I don't like the Lipglass look, but the NARS is better to complete a more natural look. But anyways, I have two complaints: 1.) It smells like... okay this is gonna sound weird, but the inside of a new oven (not good in a lipgloss). But this didn't bother me *too* much. 2.) It's waaaay overpriced! However, they have some really gorgeous colors that I'll be suckered into going back for!
