Tobago is one of my long-time favorite lipsticks. The color is sheer bronze-y plum with shimmer. On my medium-deep pigmented pink lips, Tobago gives them just the right amount of oomph for an understated, pretty look. It layers easily when I want deeper color. I can wear it with both cool and warm looks, as long as the look isn't too cool or too warm. Tobago is one of my "wear and go" lipsticks because I can grab it when I am in a hurry and know it will look good with most looks. The texture is smooth, long-lasting and not drying. Then again, I don't have dry lips. Tobago is a winner for me, and one of the few lipsticks that I consider a staple and would repurchase.
