This is the perfect sterling blue eyeshadow(with a greenish tone). I applied the eyeshadow with a wet eyeshadow brush and the effect was stunning, very candle-lit glow. If applied alone, it still has that shimmery effect but more subtle. It lasted a while too, even during a very rainy day with high humidity.
