I've heard mixed reviews on this product, but for me it's the best. No miracles worked here but I dab on a spot over a blemish and in the morning it's a lot less inflamed. Another dab the next night and the evilness is usually more or less gone by the next day. No burning, irritation, etc. They recommend that you wear it during the day under a moisturizer but it's an odd pinkish color so I'm not sure you'd want to do that; may call attention to it. During the night works just as well; just make sure it dries first.
