It is safe enough to use everyday to help prevent breakouts. Thought I have slightly sensitive skin, this mask feels comfortable. My skin has become healthier after using this mask. Its effect is far superior than a lot of expensive brands. One setback is the size, far too small to last me a month if I use everyday. But it's ok since the price is so low. Plus I like its 5% benzoyl peroxide content cause it helps to heal pimples without leaving behind unsightly scars.
