The cream comes in a tube form, which I like because you don't get any of the stuff in your fingernails. As for the product itself, it doesn't sting or tingle, but it feels nice on my eyes. I wish I could say that it improves the skin around my eyes, but I can't because I don't have any wrinkles. But I use this cream every night, and my eyelids don't crease funny anymore.
