It is true that "only a dab" is needed to make the hands smoother, but it is quite hard to spread the lotion out evenly on dry skin. So if you buy this product, try using it on slightly moist hands, i.e. right after washing, without totally drying them.
My tube has a mild fragrance that is not unpleasant, but there is a full-sized(50ml)fragrance-free version available.
One point off for being hard to spread, and for the price.
